How does the referral process work?

Our psychologists are all registered Medicare providers, which means they can take referrals under the Better Access to Mental Health Care, or GP referrals. We also provide Employee Assistance Programs. We also accept self-referrals as we find that sometimes, if we’ve helped other clients before, word spreads and some members of the community also approach us for help.

Will I receive confirmation of my upcoming appointment?
