Psychological services are exempt from GST.

How does the referral process work?

Our clinicians (except provisional psychologists) are registered Medicare providers, and can accept your GP referrals so that you can claim your Medicare benefits.

We accept referrals from community mental health services, hospitals, Jobactive programs, local business, and community services.

We also provide Employee Assistance Programs.

Alternatively, you do not need any referral to consult our clinicians. Our clinicians are all accepting self-referrals. We find that some of our clients approach us having heard about us from previous clients.

Will I receive confirmation of my upcoming appointment?

To help you manage your time and health, an automated SMS system will remind you of your appointment with an option to confirm or cancel.
