Allied Health Counsellor

Alison is an experienced counsellor with a passion for helping people through various life challenges and personal growth. Through experience and lived expertise, Alison provides a safe, non-judgmental space where there is room to reflect and grow.

Using mostly a person-centered and solution-focused approach, Alison also adopts other integrative methods of therapy to support you through your unique journey.

Alison has experience in working with trauma-related problems, anxiety, self-esteem, addiction, and inter-personal relationships. She also has a special interest in helping adolescents with relational issues as well as helping parents navigate the complexities of raising children.

She is respectful and caring and brings a genuine interest and curiosity into the room, focusing on helping you attain your own goals and aspirations through trust and collaboration.

  • Provisional Member of Australian Psychological Society
  • Provisional Member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia
