Professional Experience

Lotti is an experienced therapist who has been supporting people with their mental health for over 19 years. She works with teenagers (12+) and adults who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, or other challenges that affect daily life.

Lotti uses practical, evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness. She focuses on helping people understand themselves better, build on their strengths, and develop strategies that lead to real and lasting change.

Warm and approachable, Lotti creates a safe and supportive space where clients feel comfortable talking about what’s going on in their lives. She is passionate about guiding people through recovery, helping them improve their wellbeing, and supporting them to create the life they want to live.

Qualifications / Registration

Lotti is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and a current member of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
